The project goal was to migrate client's tools to the Google Cloud environment. For this purpose, we established three Scrum teams, whose task was to rewrite tools from currently unsupported and difficult to scale technology to Java 11. The aim of the project was to reduce maintenance costs and extend the life-time of the tools. Some roles have been shared - which allowed for savings and greatly improved the knowledge transfer between the Teams. The service had to be implemented within 6 weeks after the project was confirmed.
