Our task was to implement the commissioned projects in the area of integrating the client's tool with the tools of partners - airlines from around the world. The works were carried out based on the client's own analysis and corporate guidelines. The experts had to undergo demanding training in order to be able to work completely independently. In order to ensure easier scalability of the team for the future, procedures for knowledge management were implemented.
