The goal of the project was to create a flexible, multi-purpose e-commerce platform. The client formulated goals and ambitions, and our task was to redefine them into functional requirements, which allowed us to thoroughly understand the needs and assumptions. We have developed a comprehensive microservice architecture with a view to its future development and all failure resistance. The system was to be a development platform for many of the client's business initiatives. We were comprehensively responsible for the entire project management cycle, product management, manufacturing process, requirements definitions as well as testing and implementation of solutions for production servers (AWS).
